This week’s Dreamforce event in San Francisco officially established Salesforce.com as the player in enterprise social media, complete with the announcement of Custom Audiece Ads from Facebook.
A select group of firms, including Salesforce.com, now have the ability to target ads on the Facebook platform via email addresses and phone numbers.
